Mortgage Companies should be the only one to request the removal of a bank code - removing the bank code will stop the delivery of the tax bill to the mortgage company

Removing the Bank code is done by the Mortgage Company. By removing the bank code, the mortgage company will no longer receive a copy of the tax bill unless the bank sends a new authorization.
